This past weekend, The Vegan Project had our very own little Bake Shoppe inside a wonderful bazaar called The Village Project. This was our first time promoting The Vegan Project at a public event and we are happy to say that it went very well! We had a great response and people were very interested in chatting with us about veganism and our experience. We spent many hours baking our favourite treats to sell and we sold them all! We made chocolate chip cookies, walnut date oatmeal cookies, tiny chocolate cupcakes, peanut butter rice crispy treats, german chocolate cake, and gluten free sugar cookies. Someone even said that our little booth was their favourite, not that it was a contest, but it filled our hearts with joy.
